1、Basic precautions for safe operation

1、When entering the workshop practice, you should wear good work clothes, large cuffs should be tied tightly, and shirts should be tied into the pants. Female students should wear a safety cap and incorporate the hair braid into the cap. Do not wear sandals, slippers, high heels, undershirts, skirts and scarves into the workshop. Note: Gloves are not allowed to operate the machine tool;
2、Caution not to move or damage the warning signs installed on the machine tools;
3、Be careful not to place obstacles around the machine tool, the working space should be large enough;

4, a job such as the need for two or more people to work together, should pay attention to the coordination between each other;
5, do not allow the use of compressed air cleaning machine tools, electrical cabinets and NC units;
6, should be in the designated machine tools and computers for practice. Without permission, other machine tools, equipment, tools or electrical switches are not allowed to move.

2, the preparation before work
1, before operation must be familiar with the general performance of the CNC milling machine, structure, transmission principles and control procedures, master the operation of the buttons, indicators and the function of the operating procedures. Do not operate and adjust the machine tool until you understand the entire operation process.
2, before starting the machine, check whether the machine electrical control system is normal, whether the lubrication system is smooth, oil quality is good, and add sufficient lubricant according to the requirements, the operating handle is correct, the workpiece, fixtures and tools have been clamped firmly, check whether the coolant is sufficient, and then open the slow idle 3 to 5 minutes, check whether the transmission components are normal, to confirm that there is no fault, before normal use.
3, the program debugging is completed, must be agreed by the instructor before operating according to the steps, not allowed to jump steps to perform. Without the permission of the instructor, unauthorized operation or illegal operation, the score will be zero points, and those who cause accidents will be punished according to the relevant provisions and compensated for the corresponding losses
4, before processing parts, must strictly check the machine origin, tool data is normal and no cutting track simulation run.

3、Safety precautions in the work process
1, when processing parts, must close the protective door, not allowed to stretch the head, hands into the protective door, the processing process is not allowed to open the protective door;
2, during processing, the operator must not leave the machine without permission, should maintain a high degree of concentration, observe the operation of the machine. If abnormalities or accidents occur, the program should be immediately terminated, cut off the power and promptly report to the instructor, no other operations;
3, it is strictly prohibited to beat the control panel, touch the display. It is strictly prohibited to knock the table, indexing head, fixture and guide;
4, it is strictly prohibited to open the CNC system control cabinet for viewing and touch;
5, operators are not allowed to change the internal parameters of the machine tool. Internship students may not call, modify other programs not compiled by themselves;
6, the machine control microcomputer, in addition to program operation and transmission and program copy, are not allowed to make other operations;
7, CNC milling machine is a large precision equipment, in addition to the workbench placement and workpiece, the machine is strictly prohibited to stack any work, clamps, edges, gauges, workpieces and other debris;
8, prohibit the use of hand contact with the tip of the tool and iron chips, iron chips must be cleaned up with iron hooks or brushes;
9、Forbidden to touch the rotating spindle, workpiece or other moving parts by hand or in any other way;
10、It is forbidden to measure the workpiece or change the speed manually during processing, and not to wipe the workpiece with cotton wool or clean the machine tool;
11、No attempted operation;
12, use the hand wheel or fast moving way to move the position of each axis, be sure to look at the machine X, Y, Z axis in each direction ", -" sign before moving. When moving the handwheel to observe the direction of machine movement is correct before speeding up the movement;

13, in the program to pause when measuring the size of the workpiece, to be completely stopped machine, spindle stop before measuring, in order to avoid personal accidents;
14, if the machine is not used for several days, every other day should be NC and CRT part of the power 2-3 hours.
15, when shutting down the machine, wait for the spindle to stop 3 minutes before shutting down the machine.
4、Cautions after the completion of work
l. Clear the chips, wipe the machine, use the machine and the environment to maintain a clean state. The components should be adjusted to the normal position
2, check the status of lubricating oil, coolant, add or replace in a timely manner.
3、Turn off the power and total power on the machine tool operation panel in turn.
4、Clean the site hygiene, fill in the equipment use records.
